Worksheet and Listening Practise
Well done! You've completed your first Spanish lesson in VR! Now there are three things you need to do before moving on:
1. Complete the worksheet
Do this by writing your answers in a notebook, as this is much better for memory and retention than typing. Check your answers using the answer sheet, and write out any necessary corrections.
2. Listen to the audio
For the final questions on the worksheet you need to listen to the encounters you had with your amigos in VR. Listen carefully to the audio, and write down as much information as you can.
NOTE: You can play the audio in your browser, but if you are going to listen multiple times, you may prefer to download it and transfer it to a more convenient device. This way you can listen whenever you have a spare few minutes, even if you're not at your computer.
3. Practice speaking
After you've completed the worksheet, listen to the audio again. This time, try to answer the questions your amigos ask you, using the phrases you practiced with Jen. To start with, you can use the transcript (below) to follow the conversations in Spanish, and the English translations are there if you need them. Listen to the recording as many times as you need to, until you feel comfortable following the conversation and answering the questions without looking at the transcript or translation.
